Acceptable Use Policy
1. Rights, consent, and lawful instructions
You may upload or submit Content only if you own it or have permission to use it and to let raw2ads and the selected providers process it. This includes footage, images, faces and likenesses, voices, music, trademarks, logos, personal data, and third-party or competitor ads submitted for analysis. You must provide any notices, releases, licences, advertising disclosures, and other permissions required by law or by the platform where you publish the ad.
Do not upload sensitive personal data, biometric identifiers, or confidential information unless the feature requires it, you have a documented lawful basis and adequate security, and the Terms and Privacy Policy permit the processing.
2. Prohibited Content and uses
You must not use raw2ads to create, upload, process, or distribute:
- Deceptive synthetic media: deepfakes, face swaps, or materially altered media that impersonate a real person, mislead viewers about identity or events, or are used without the relevant person's authorization. Synthetic media must be disclosed where law or platform rules require it.
- Unauthorized voice replication: voice cloning or imitation of a real person's voice without specific, informed authorization for that use. Do not imply endorsement by a person or brand without permission.
- People without permission: identifiable people, especially minors, where you lack the required consent, notice, or other legal basis.
- Sexually explicit or exploitative content: including any sexual content involving minors, which is always prohibited and will be handled and reported where legally required or appropriate.
- Infringing material: music, footage, images, logos, trademarks, ads, or other material you do not own or have a valid licence or permission to use.
- Illegal, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising: including unsupported health, financial, performance, or comparative claims; fake reviews or endorsements; scams; bait-and-switch; or concealment of material terms.
- Regulated or prohibited offerings: illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, unlawful financial or health products, or other offerings prohibited by law or by the destination advertising platform. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
- Impersonation or rights abuse: pretending to be another person or organization, misrepresenting affiliation, or using another person's identity, brand, or reputation without authorization.
3. Other prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- break the law or infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights;
- generate or distribute hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, extremist, or abusive material;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or bypass the Service;
- circumvent fair-use limits, safety controls, authentication, or access controls, or share/resell access without permission;
- scrape or harvest data, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or service;
- use BYOK keys or integrations without authorization, or expose another person's credentials; or
- use Outputs as the sole basis for a legal or similarly significant decision about a person.
4. Advertising and platform compliance
You are responsible for reviewing every ad and Output, substantiating claims, obtaining rights and disclosures, and complying with the laws and policies of the jurisdiction, industry, and destination platform. raw2ads does not approve, certify, or guarantee that an ad will be accepted by Meta, TikTok, Google, or another platform.
5. Enforcement and appeals
We may use automated tools and human review where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate suspected violations, protect people or systems, or comply with law. We may refuse processing, remove or restrict Content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report unlawful activity to authorities where required or appropriate. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal; refunds remain subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
Where practical and lawful, we will give an explanation and a way to appeal by emailing hello@raw2ads.com. We may act without prior notice where delay could cause harm, enable abuse, or breach a legal obligation.
6. Reporting
To report a suspected violation, illegal Content, or unauthorized use, contact hello@raw2ads.com with the relevant URL, account or job identifier, and a short explanation. Do not send unnecessary copies of personal or sensitive material.
