The ad composer

Your winning ad dies the day you stop churning out variants.

Three raw videos in, eighteen ads out by tonight. raw2ads recombines the footage you already have, then reads your Meta report and tells you which hook paid. No editor. No Premiere. No fake AI avatars.

00:00 · The bottleneck

You don't have a creativity problem.
You have a throughput problem.

Creative moves CAC now, not targeting. So you need volume: fresh hooks, new angles, enough variations to feed every ad set before it fatigues. Then reality hits the edit bay. Cutting fifty new versions of a hook in Premiere or CapCut takes days, and by then the ad set has already fatigued. Hand it to an agency and it's thousands a month for a dozen videos, half of which never beat the control. The idea was never the problem. The production is.

~$4k
a month, for 12–15 agency videos where half never beat the control. You're paying for swings.

The AI splits your long takes into tagged clips. You keep the best, compose the Hook × Body × CTA matrix, and export ads whose filenames your reports can read by themselves. Nothing generated. All footage you shot.

00:04 · Why raw2ads is different

Everyone else generates a fake person. You already filmed the real one.

Most tools "solved" throughput by having AI generate the video: a synthetic avatar, stock B-roll, a fake creator holding your product. There's a catch your audience already feels.

The AI-generated way

Looks fine, until it doesn't.

The second an ad feels too polished, too perfect, too uncanny, it stops converting. And the moment the product needs a real close-up, the cracks show.

"Once the product needs real interaction or specific details, the cracks show fast." Real media buyer.

×  Fast, but the audience can tell
The raw2ads way

Compose, don't fabricate.

You already shot the real thing: product clips, UGC, screen recordings, demos. raw2ads is the layer that turns that footage into ads, using a structure media buyers already trust.

Hook×Body×CTA
✓  Real footage in, a testing matrix out
00:12 · Inside the app

Four screens. No timeline to learn.

These are real screens from a live account: a tanning cream, six videos shot on a phone, and the ads that came out of them. Nothing here is a mockup; only the clip names were translated from Italian.

01 Clips

You upload the footage. It comes back cut and labelled.

Long takes are split into short clips, and each one is tagged with the lane it can play and what it does inside an ad: result_first, demo_hook, product_demo. Six phone videos became 28 clips here, six of them usable as a hook.

The Clips screen in raw2ads: 28 clips split from 6 videos, tagged hook, body and CTA
02 Compose

Three lanes. Drop the clips in, the ad is built.

Hook, body and CTA are the whole interface: you pick the clips, write the voice-over stretch by stretch or leave it empty, and press Create video. The counter tells you what you just built, 1 hook · 1 body · 1 cta, 13 seconds. No timeline, no keyframes, no render settings.

The Compose screen: hook, body and CTA lanes with five clips and the Create video button
03 Variant test

Tick the hooks. It makes one ad per hook, per language.

Every hook you tick becomes its own variant, with the same body and the same CTA underneath: that's the single-variable test, set up by ticking boxes. Add Spanish and the voice-over is translated and re-timed onto the same cut, with a check that says whether the translated line still fits the clip, Every stretch fits (voice +8%).

The Variant test screen: hooks to test on the left, Spanish translation of the voice-over on the right, three variants produced
04 Videos

Ready to upload, carrying the name Meta needs.

Each finished ad has a code of its own, r2a-5856f9, and a Name for Meta button that copies the ad name for you to paste in Ads Manager. That name is the reason the Results tab, two weeks later, can tell you which hook paid and which one only spent.

00:16 · The Winner Loop

Four moves. The fourth one starts the first again.

Spy tools show you the ad that's winning and stop there. Avatar generators hand you a video and never ask how it went. raw2ads is the one that closes the circle: take the shape, fill it with your footage, move one variable, then read which piece actually paid.

Saved as a structure you can reuse · nothing of theirs is downloaded

You paste an ad that's running. You get its blueprint.

The AI watches it beat by beat and writes down what happens at second 0, at second 3, at second 9: which lane, how long, what it's doing there. What lands in your account is the shape, saved next to your own structures. Their skeleton, none of their footage.

12 ads queued from this one structure

It picks your clips for every slot, and builds the ads.

Each beat asks for a lane and a duration, and your tagged library already has clips that fit. raw2ads pairs them and generates every combination that works, not one ad at a time. It's the Compose from template box at the top of the composer: pick a structure, press Propose. Six ready-made recipes do the same when you have no competitor ad to start from. You review, you don't assemble.

ENITES Hook A · the 3am problem Hook B · creator to camera Hook C · price objection

9 ads · voice-over and captions rewritten per language

Nine ads where exactly one thing is different.

You pick the hooks to test and, if you want, the markets. Everything downstream stays byte-identical, so when one wins you know what won. Adding a language is a row, not a project: the voice-over and the captions are rewritten, the edit is not. A clean test, in every market you sell in.

Not which video sold. Which hook sold.

Export the ad-level report from Ads Manager, paste it in the box. It recognises your ads by the name it gave them, the one the Name for Meta button copied for you, adds up every video a hook appears in, and ranks hooks, bodies and CTAs by cost per result. Thirty videos stop being thirty results and become three answers. The part everyone else leaves to your spreadsheet.

The winning hook goes straight back into step 02, and the next batch is built around it.
00:20 · What's inside

A composer, not another generator.

Every feature does one job: turn footage you own into more tests, faster.

01Drop clips into three lanes and the ad is builtHook, body, CTA: that's the whole interface. No timeline, no keyframes, no render settings. A week of variations in an afternoon.
02Start from six structures that already convertPick a recipe and it fills itself with your clips, instead of opening an empty project. Nothing to invent at 9am.
03It names the block your ad is missingThe AI reads what you composed and says what's absent: no proof, no objection handled, no reason to act now. Stop guessing what's dragging the ad down.
04Paste an ad that's winning, keep its skeletonBeat by beat, its structure becomes one of your reusable ones, ready to fill with your own footage. Their shape, none of their footage.
05Change one thing, freeze everything elseSame body, same CTA, same cut: only the hook moves, so the report can only be read one way. Scale the winner instead of watching it fatigue.
06Ship the same winner in another language tonightVoice-over and captions rewritten in 100+ languages, the edit untouched. One winner, every market.
07Paste your Meta report, read which hook paidAd-level export in, cost per result per hook, body and CTA out. Not which video sold: which piece sold.
00:28 · Where it comes from

00:36 · Straight answers

The questions you're already asking.

Do I need to know how to edit?

No. If you can drag a clip into a lane, you can build the ad. The templates and AI do the assembly.

Will my ads look like generic AI slop?

They can't. They're built from your real footage, not a synthetic avatar or the same stock clips everyone else uses.

Is my footage safe?

Yes. Every project lives in your own private workspace. Your clips stay yours.

How fast, really?

Minutes from clips to a finished ad. A full batch of variations in the time one agency round of feedback used to take.

Appendix

Frequently asked.

What kind of footage works?
Anything you'd put in an ad: product shots, UGC clips, screen recordings, demos, B-roll. If it's on your phone or your drive, it works.
Is this an AI video generator?
No, and that's the point. raw2ads doesn't fabricate footage or actors. It composes ads from the real clips you upload. The AI helps you structure, fill gaps, subtitle and translate, not fake the visuals. If you are comparing us with the AI actor tools, here is how we differ from Arcads, including what they cost.
Can it really rebuild a competitor's ad?
It reads a winning ad's structure, its Hook, Body and CTA sequence, and lets you rebuild that skeleton with your own footage. You get the proven shape, not a copy. Here are four Facebook video ad examples taken apart that way, each one live for months.
What if it does not work for me?
Write to hello@raw2ads.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back. No conditions on how much you used it. You sign in with an email magic link, no password to remember.
How much does it cost?
The price is $49/month. This month there are 30 seats at $29/month, or $290/year: in exchange, after two weeks you answer five questions on what does not work. The price you lock today stays yours while you keep the subscription. Cancel anytime.
Which platforms are the ads for?
Meta and TikTok first: vertical, subtitled, ready to upload. Language is not a limit: AI translation plus voice-overs and captions in 100+ languages, so the same ad can ship to any market. The interface itself comes in EN, IT, ES and PT.
How do I know which hook won?
Export the ad-level report from Ads Manager and paste it into raw2ads, as a CSV or straight from the clipboard. It matches each row to the ad you built, then adds up every video a given hook appears in: spend and results are summed, and the cost per result is calculated once at the end, so a $500 video doesn't weigh the same as a $5 one. Below five results it stays quiet instead of naming a winner on noise.
Do I need a team?
No. raw2ads is built for the operator running ads without an editor on staff.

Your next winner is already sitting in your footage.

Stop letting the edit bay decide how fast you can test.
